One of our customers left Chester at 11:00 last Saturday morning. By 16:30, they were at junction 15 on the M42 beginning to worry about getting their SAA flight to Jo'burg departing at 21:30. As she does at this time of the year, our South African Assistant Manager spends half a day, every day at the airport checking in our customers. Realising there could be a problem, she contacted our Crisis Management team to look at the various options available. They ensured that no matter what happened, this group of 56 people were covered for every eventuality. As a sign of how well they were going to be looked after, the entire group checked-in in 17 minutes. Is this a world record? That's how we value our customers.
